Your external DEI advisor, when you need one.
Flexible, ongoing access to expert diversity, equity & inclusion support without the cost of another permanent hire.
Policy reviews, ERG support, coaching, training and practical advice.
A trusted person to bring the tricky questions, difficult leadership decisions and things you’re worried about getting wrong - and leave with a clear way forward.
Rigorous, senior-level expertise, without the budgetary cost or commitment of another team member or a large consultancy.
Who this is for?
Organisations that care about inclusion but don't need (or can't justify) another full-time senior DEI specialist. Particularly charities, public bodies, heritage/cultural organisations, social enterprises and smaller businesses. Any teams who want a bit of extra support while they come up with an inclusion strategy, or implement one, or respond to some survey data. Inclusion leaders working entirely on their own to support the whole business, with no team around them.
What can you bring?
“Can you sense - check this policy before we publish it?”
“Our ERG is struggling - what should we do?”
“A senior leader has asked this and we're not sure how to respond.”
“We need someone to coach a colleague through a sensitive inclusion issue.”
“Can you review our approach to trans inclusion?”
“Can you help us write some stronger equality objectives for our strategy?”
“We need a workshop on inclusion, but don't want generic off-the-shelf training.”
“We need to do some allyship training for our front of house team”
“Can you coach our ERG chairs once a week?”
“Can you coach our People Director once a week?”
“Can you explain this thing that’s happening in the news?”
And anything else that might come up!

Why me?
I've spent my career working at the intersection of equality, policy, people and organisational change — from shaping national LGBT policy in UK Government, to leading inclusion work inside large organisations and coaching leaders today.
That means I bring both deep DEI expertise and an understanding of what it's actually like to make change happen inside an organisation.
I'm pragmatic, thoughtful and comfortable with complexity. I’ll be in it with you can feel like another member of the team. I'll help you think through what's happening in your organisation, understand your options and work out what to actually do next.
And because I'm also an experienced coach and facilitator, I'm particularly useful when the challenge isn't just knowing the right thing to do; it's navigating the people, conversations and leadership decisions around it. And I also get the internal battle we sometimes face on these topics too. Sometimes it’s easier to talk to someone external.
